Co-Founders
Guy C. Antonioli Bilingual Moderator & Consultant
Guy was born in the USA but raised in Venezuela, Colombia, and Mexico City. He is completely bilingual and bicultural. He is a graduate of The Wharton Business School with majors in Marketing, Research & International Business.
A seasoned executive with 40+ years of marketing, advertising & research experience. He held research & marketing positions in Mexico at Cyanamid and 3M Company before going into international advertising, with D'Arcy and then IPG's Campbell-Ewald in Miami and McCann-Erickson back in Mexico and then Colombia.
Upon returning to the USA in 1994, he provided advertising consulting to Wal-Mart, JC Penney and Chili's Bar & Grill venturing south to Mexico and Chile with the advent of NAFTA. He also consulted for PCA Health Plans of Texas on its multicultural marketing efforts.
In 1996 he co-founded Focus Latino and has conducted over 3,800 qualitative sessions - the majority in the automotive, beer & spirits, financial, healthcare, media, packaged goods, and retail categories.
His advertising background has proven most beneficial to clients in the development of their communications projects.
Beatriz Noriega Bilingual Moderator & Ethnographer
Beatriz was born and raised in Mexico City. She has a Degree in Industrial & Clinical Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana and became interested in consumer research while working in Human Resources at Warner-Lambert Mexico where she moderated focus groups for new product development projects.
Her passion for consumer research led to freelancing while continuing HR career, responsible for executive recruiting and implementing employee satisfaction & development programs.
As a freelance moderator, she conducted sessions in the USA, Mexico, Central & South America before co-founding Focus Latino in 1996. She has conducted over 4,800 qualitative sessions - the majority in the cosmetics & personal care, financial, fragrances, healthcare, media, packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, retail, restaurant and social issues categories.
Her psychology background has guided her in empathizing and interacting with different consumer targets, enabling her to understand behavior from both the psychological and anthropological perspectives; and proven essential in project planning and most evident in her thorough and insightful analyses.
